Think you Want to Wrestle ? Talon Wrestling Camp: The Talon Wrestling Club will offer a program this fall geared toward developing skills and providing fun competitions in the sport of wrestling. All First, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade youths are eligible to participate in this league. The Wrestling League will feature a full round-robin team tournament, an individual tournament, T-shirts, and awards! All of this in one place, Fairfield High School wrestling room . Team practices begin on November 4th and the last scheduled competition is December 5th with the opportunity to make the Talon All-Star team and wrestle in a dual meet at Northwood against 3 other schools on December 13th . This is also a chance for younger kids to meet the High School wresting team, they will be assisting in the camp. All sign-up’s will be 1st and 2nd practice ONLY November 4th and 6th A $25.00 fee must accompany your child’s registration form. Families with more than one child enrolled in this program can pay $25.00 for the first child and $15.00 for each additional child. If writing a check, please make it payable to Talon Wrestling Club. This is a great opportunity for beginners . Evening practice time slots are set from 6:00 to 7:30. All competitions will begin at 6:00 p.m. Coaches will inform wrestlers of their schedule once teams are organized. Practice dates are: November 4th ,6th ,11th ,and 13th . Dual competitions are set for November 18th ,20th ,24 and December 4th An individual tournament will be held on December 8th time to be announced . Contact Dan Glogouski with any Questions. After the league is complete you will have the opportunity to join the Talon Wrestling Club . The club runs through all of I..S.W.A. Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco Wrestling seasons.
